Yes. You have full control. You can edit individual memories, export everything, or delete your account and all companion data at any time.
Joe Dog's Rule is our promise that every Mai-AI companion protects all life. Your companion will refuse requests involving weapons, violence, animal harm, or environmental destruction. This is not a setting and cannot be turned off — it is who Mai-AI is.
Please email us with your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it crashed. If you can, also send the crash log from Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → Analytics Data (look for a file starting with “Mai-AI”).
